if you are struggling with getting a quote try different insurance companies there are so many of them. our website ldrivers.ie has just a few our them. There is also some useful information on our site about what to do if you have been refused a quote by an insurance company!
What I have been told is if your car is over 3 years of age some insurance companies will load you as they deem your car to be less safe than a brand new one. Your occuapation will also increase or decrease your policy loading. so check it all out. But remember you are entitled to a quote from an insurer always

From an HGV licence holder I can also confirm driving an HGV for a living is no walk in the park. Far from it. Clarkson was spot on when he said….. Mirrors, Gears, Mirrors, Clutch. You have to drive a truck for a day to get a real appreciation of what it’s like to drive an artic on UK roads.

Oy! Don’t blame me for this. It was Bush who started it all after the Twin Towers thing.
